OWNERSHIP

www.Daisleylineage.com is private the property of Daisley Descendants for use by direct family members only. Each registered member must be approved by an authorized family member to receive their private log in link for the creation of their own personal login and password. Log in access to www.Daisleylineage.com is exclusively for family members and must not be shared with non-family members/friends or acquaintances.

Unless otherwise set forth in this Terms of Use, none of the content or data found in the www.Daisleylineage.com may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, transferred, modified or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Daisley Descendants. Trademarks, logos, images and service marks displayed on the www.daisleylineage.com are the property of either Daisley Descendants or other third parties. Users agree not to display or use such marks without prior written consent of Daisley Descendants.

USER AGREEMENT

Users agree to be responsible for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or other account identifiers chosen by Users or are assigned as a result of any registration, and (b) all activities that occur under such password or account. Further, Users agree to notify Daisley Descendants of any unauthorized use of their password or account.

USE OF SITE

Users may only use www.daileylineage.com for legitimate purposes and shall not use the Site to make any speculation, false or fraudulent representations, including but not limited to speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations in anticipations of demand.

RULES AND CONDUCT

In consideration of the availability, and their use of the www.daiselylineage.com , each User agrees, while visiting the Site, not to: (a) post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use the Site which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Site, (b)defame, abuse, stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation, rights relating to privacy and publicity; (c) post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; If a third party requests that Daisley Descendants remove content from the Site that in any way represents or refer to that third party, Daisley Descendants reserves the right to remove the content of that individual or group without any liability whatsoever.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND WIDGETS

www.daisleylinege.com will not include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Please note we will post separately on our private Facebook group (Richard Daisley Descendants) and Instagram page (Daiselyfamily) and we encourage all family members to join/follow both.

Répondez S'il Vous Plaît (RSVP)

If you use www.daileylineage.com to reserve/ rsvp for a family function, you will receive confirmation directly from an authorized family member and such information will only be used by Daisley Descendants to support the success of each family function via emails, surveys, contests etc.

ORDERS/THIRD PARTY LINKS

If you purchase a product, ticket or service via a third party link on www.daisleylineage.com must read the terms and conditions for this separate service provider. If they request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form any information submitted by Users, including Personal Information, will be placed, stored and viewed on a computer server maintained by these third parties. The use of the Site by Users and any provision of Personal Information by same constitutes an irrevocable acknowledgement by such Users that such information or content could pass through and may be stored, accessed and used by third parties to process requests of such Users and in servers outside of the control of www.daiselylineage.com. Www.daiselylineage.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for any communications or materials available at external linked sites.

INDEMNIFICATION

Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. Furthermore, Users are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account. Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Daisley Descendants, its parents, affiliates and subsidiary companies, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from their use of the Services, the violation by Users of the Terms of Service or the infringement by Users of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Users agree to immediately notify Daisley Descendants of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security known to them.

Governing Laws.

This Term of Use and its performance shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada. Users consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Quebec, district of Montreal, in all questions and controversies arising out of their use of the Sites and this Term of Use.
